David Z. has been known for their collabos with Asics ever since they had re-launch Asics’ lifestyle portion in the middle of May last year. Ronnie Fieg has once again collaborated with Asics to bring us the recently reemerging GT Quicks. The shoes will be primarily black with blue and purple accents; and the midsole is detailed with blue speckles. There will be 200 pairs of these shoes available to the public starting Friday, June 20th at Davidz.com and at the flagship store in New York. The first 50 pairs purchased will be bundled with a white leather Onitsuka Tiger bag and a matching T-shirt. In addition a secret release will take place later this week at a special release at the David Z. store in Times Square.

Aside from the usual Lacoste Stealth releases, it appears as though Lacoste are digging a bit deeper into their back-catalog to release two hits from the 80s. Being at opposite sides of the time spectrum, the Tennis Mid and its more contemporary style debuted in the late ’80s while the chunky Eclair earned its shine as a hard court model in the early part of the decade. An anticipated release date for August has been announced for the Tennis Mid however no word yet on the Eclair.

Despite the timeless nature of the Fedora, Hong Kong’s Know1edge has revisited this once essential form of headwear in their Spade fedora. From afar, the hat’s qualities and highlights are difficult to see. However, upon closer inspection details include leather band detailing and a spade seen on the top of the hat. A tentative release date for the hat has been set for 2008 holiday to coincide with an upcoming Methamphibian collaboration.
With the recent addition of a new Chrome Hearts flagship store in Tokyo, the high-end Gothic and motorhead inspired brand created by Richard Stark has released a look into their latest items. The continual dark theme is seen across some expensive fare including boots, a wallet chain, wallet and belt. Prices range from a paltry ¥155,400 JPY for a wallet to ¥609,000 JPY for the boots (approximately $1,437 USD to $5,630 USD).

Continuing with their own personal commentary from a distinct LA Lakers stand point, the West Coast orientated UNDFTD has created the “Triple Double” t-shirt. Utilizing the Lakers’ classic yellow and purple, the shirt features the bold slogan “LAST WEEK FUCKED AROUND AND GOT A TRIPLE DOUBLE” with U-Man making an appearance.
