Edmonton retailer Haven has recently unveiled more items from Futura Labs’ Spring/Summer 2007 line up. A few different tee-shirts are featured such as the Futura signature box logo tee, as well as the Da Vinci Pointman tee and the Atom Ring (Helix) tee in green long sleeve and white short sleeve. There’s also an Oxford button up shirt featuring the Pointman on the rear.

Here’s the latest pictures of a rumored upcoming Nike Dunk Low SB that will release in Asia later on this summer. The upper features pebbled leather similar to Cali’s, a clear sole, and a seismograph graphic along the back heel. No release information has been revealed but stay tuned.

Firmament has recently received Japanese brand Neighborhood’s Spring 2007 line. The theme within NBHD’s spring line is “Ace of Spades” which is visible on many of the pieces. Also dropping is a Cat sweater, which is one of the last releases from NBHD’s now defunct EU-ED label.
Check out this new Greedy Genius “High-Top†Model, done-up in Miami colors. The upper of the sneaker features a mix of suede and patent leather and is ideal for summer weather. The sneakers will be available sometime around June at at S & D (Brooklyn) KickBallers (Washington) Exclusive Wear (Cincinnatti) and Attic (San Diego).

The blockbuster sneaker documentary, Just for Kicks has lined up with two Japanese outfits in sneaker retailer Atmos and toy creator’s Secret Base to release a new tee-shirt to mark the release of Just for Kicks in Japan. The shirt will be available in black, gray, and white. The back of the shirt reads “For All Sneaker Heads”. The shirt is now available for sale at Atmos.

Upcoming sample pictures of new Court Force Low that features a square print along the toe box and sides of the shoes. The finished result is a rather clean application despite the unorthodox print.

Nylon Magazine recently took viewers on a video tour of Uniqlo’s huge 36,000 square foot global flagship store in the Soho district of New York City. Something interesting to note is that the archesticture for this particular Uniqlo was done by Masamichi Katayama’s Wonderwall group who are also responsible for the masterminding of numerous different buildings including various A Bathing Ape stores.

The Honeyee Store has recently updated it’s stock with new items from Visvim. An all new crocodile skin Twombly offers a classic rendering of an exotic material, subtle enough to not create any unwanted distractions when worn. They are available in three colors that include white, black, and brown. Other new releases include the Merckx Sea Island Long Sleeve Crew and the Nico Plain Long Sleeve Crew. Despite the relatively plain appearance of these two different crew necks, the stories lies in the choice of content chosen to create these two shirts. The Nico crew was manufactured with Egyptian Giza 45 cotton. Giza 45 cotton is known for its long fibers and some have likened it as the king of all cottons. However Sea Island cotton is no slouch as well due to it’s equally exotic qualities such as softness and silky feel.
The calendar just rolled into May a few days ago and with it came a new update at the Nike Skateboarding site. Along with that came a little bit of everything with two new Blazers (one of them being the Vanilla Ice Blazer in red), a brown Abbington, a Tiffany-esque Air Zoom Team Edition, a gray SB Classic and an Air Zoom Harbor.
The Sapporo collaborations keep on coming with the latest via Zoo York and the creation of this special longboard setup. A Zoo York graphic is featured on the bottom alongside Sapporo and the Sapporo star carved out in the grip tape. This is another item available exclusively at Sapporo Runway Show in Miami later this week.

Aside from the obvious choice basketball and baseball, Michael Jordan is a big fan of motorsports which resulted in the creation of Michael Jordan Motorsports 4 years ago. To commemorate it’s 4th Anniversary, Jordan Brand have aptly released a special Jordan IV in the same colors of the team. The sneaker also features the Mars Blackmon logo on the heel like Fire Red IV’s. No word yet on a public release but it would be safe to assume these will be hard to come by outside of people affiliated with Jordan Brand.

Japanese photographer Ichigo Sugawara, American outdoor apparel brand The North Face and Japanese retailer Beams have collaborated on a new bag called the Detour Day Pack. The inspiration behind his bag come from Sugawara’s photographs. He places a large emphasis on taking natural lit pictures and this bag as well as another summer photo bag were both taken with natural light to reflect the true unadulterated colors. These bags will also come packaged with a matching thermos perfect for day long trips.

Following their most recent collaboration with Supreme, Oakley have now teamed up with famed Seattle artist, Art Chantry to create a limited edition pair of “Hinjinx” Sunglasses. Art Chantry has an extensive list of contributions and accolades to the art community that include numerous design awards as well as the author of various instructional books. He’s also the author of “Instant Litter: Concert Posters from Seattle Punk Culture” which has become a classic form of literature in it’s field. Art Chantry has also gone as far as to have his art displayed around the world in such famous venues as The Louvre, Smithsonian, Library of Congress and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Art Chantry’s influence via his artwork for big Seattle area bands such as Nirvana and Sound Garden helped his cause in becoming an internationally known talent. This trickle down effect has seen many companies along the west coast dealing with skate, snow and surf to take influence with Chantry’s works. Oakley’s common bond with skate, surf and snow that resulted in this collaboration with Art Chantry as it was a natural next step in creating a product that appealed to the community it represents. These sunglasses will be available on June 1st, 2007.
