Here are previews of some new Vans sneaker models coming up for this year. Included for Vans’ 2007 release will be their High Tide series, which is a series of new materials on new Vans sneakers. As for the classics, you can expect new designs and materials such as big stripes, flannel patterns, full grained leather, and more on your favorite models. This is the latest sample from Nike’s latest special project. As you can see, the uppers of these sneakers is from the Nike Air Trainer model, while the sole is from the Nike Air Force 1. The kicks sport a green, grey, black, and white colorway with no release date or word of a drop date in circulation. Stay tuned for more info.

New Balance will soon release this limited edition 480 Comic sneaker. The design of the shoe is inspired by the current revival of comic book super heroes in movies and in newer comics series. Other than the design, this new NB Comic 480 also contains Tyvek materials which feels like paper to enhance that comic book feel of the shoe. These sneakers will only be available through Foot Locker and Foot action and will launch this February 15 in Las Vegas as a limited release. It will then see a Select US and International release on March 23.

These new Kicks Hawaii Chucks are the last in the series of Converse’s Triple Threat Project entitled (Product) Red. Produced by Ian Ginoza of Kicks/HI, these special edition kicks capture the Hawaiian spirit in the form of the Hawaiian Plant known as the Uluwehi Keaukaha. Like the first two models of the (Product) Red series, a percentage of retail sales for this release will go to benefit the Global Fund. They will be available at St. Alfred in Chicago and Kicks Hawaii with a $100 dollar retail price.
