These new Kicks Hawaii Chucks are the last in the series of Converse’s Triple Threat Project entitled (Product) Red. Produced by Ian Ginoza of Kicks/HI, these special edition kicks capture the Hawaiian spirit in the form of the Hawaiian Plant known as the Uluwehi Keaukaha. Like the first two models of the (Product) Red series, a percentage of retail sales for this release will go to benefit the Global Fund. They will be available at St. Alfred in Chicago and Kicks Hawaii with a $100 dollar retail price.

Mita Sneakers joined forces with realmadHectic for a new series of New Balance MT580 9th sneakers. The kicks come in three different colorways of black/purple, black/blue, and black/pink. Here is a welcome new addition to London’s retail landscape, The Three Threads store is finally opening it’s doors this Friday. To put it simply, it is a genuine classic men’s wear retailer, with a few women’s pieces as well, with the emphasis on good quality product regardless of hype or not. It is situated on Charlotte Street in Old Street London and it takes its name from the precursor to London Porter first served at the Bell Brewhouse on Curtain Road in the early 1700’s. The beer connection is reflected in the shop fit -designed and realized by Martin Lau with artwork by Fergus (Tonite)- and is celebrated in a beer brewed specifically for the shop by Meantime.
They currently carry brands such as Pointer Footwear, Edwin Jeans, Carhartt , Fjall Raven, Clarks Originals, The Quiet Life, Suburban Bliss, Tonite and the seminal Japanese brand Tenderloin. Also, they will be the only UK stockist to carry Alakazam (the medicom lifestyle label from Will Sweeney) and Sydney’s Supply Label. If that’s not enough, also be on the look out for their own label soon.
This is not only a must be at event this week if you are in London, but also a must see shop period. Expect to hear more great things about The Three Threads soon.
Here are more good pictures and release information on the Alienegra x Madsaki white camo hoodie. According to Kookies.net, this new long sleeves hoodie will have a leather lining in the pockets, badges of CLOT’s logo and Madsaki’s logo on both arms, as well as a pull over mask like the green hoodie that was released before. This white hoodie will be releasing on February 16th and priced at $3180HKD ($400USD).
Supreme has hooked up with another classic brand to produce yet another amazing double label project.

Mastermind Japan and Fragment have teamed up for some new shirt and sweater releases for this season. A few of their standout releases are the black and white side striped shirt and sweater, which looks to be made from a soft material. Here is a good look at the new Bape “Fish” and “Aloha Resort Camo” Parkas that were just released this past Sunday February 11th. The Fish Parka is an actual creation by none other than Bape owner Nigo. Available in different colorways, the hoodie features fish eyes on its hood and also reads “A Bathing Ape: In Luke Warm Water.” The Resort Camo parka on the other hand, is a new camo design for the BAPE brand. It sports a Hawaii themed print and comes in different versions of red/black, orange, and grey/black/yellow.

This new sample Gold/Purple Edition AF1 Low is part of the continuing 25th anniversary celebration of the Nike Air Force 1. As a look into the future, this pair sports new features that include new materials, new stitchings, new threads, and a new midsole. It’s the same basic AF1 low model, but spruced up with new detailing. If you look closer at the gold color of the shoe, you can see that it is made of a different material that makes the shoe shine and glitter.

Here is a good look at the new Bape “Maebashi” RoadSta which is part of the Bapeshop Roadsta Cities Series. For some that might not know, Maebashi is one of the greenest cities in Japan and is known to others as the “city of poets.” Sporting colorways of black, blue, and orange, these limited edition Roadstas will represent this city for the latest upcoming Roadsta release.

Infamy is a new graffiti documentary that can be viewed on YouTube. This is part 1 of the film and it features known graffiti artists such as LA’s Saber of 7th Letter and NYC’s Earsnot of Irak in NY. The movie really goes deep into what graffiti all about and should be viewed by all fans of the art form. Look out for the continuing parts of the film.
