The former protege of fashion label COMME des GARCONS, Junya Watanabe launched his own line Junya Watanabe COMME des Garcons under the watchful tutelage of CdG founder Rei Kawakubo in 1993. Fifteen years later, Junya Watanabe would earn worldwide success with his innovative styling and technical prowess.
