is anyone else having problems with Youtube?

Whenever I click Annotations On, it says "Error Loading Annotations" and displays a "!" in a red circle. anyone else have this issue? FF 13.0.1

also, while im watching a video or even on the youtube video page, it wont let me adjust my volume with the buttons on my keyboard. -__-

every time I visit a site that has a soundcloud to stream, all I get is a blank box.
anyone know how to fix this?
