3 pts, if N. Korea had attacked more this would've been more interesting. Brasil needs to work on somethings(KAKA), good game though.

I do think this ball has a lot to do with all the bad touches, excessive bounce, unexpected skips, and just overall mishandling.
Like honestly, how many times would a player mishandle the ball like many have using the regular EPL ball for example, or how many times would a pass in the air seem to stay up so much more... have you seen how much further the keepers can boot the ball from a goal kick!?! I'm sure the Altitude helps a bit, but still, I really think the ball has had an effect on the players and their overall game.

i think Brazil played well since Korea was putting 5 at the back....i8 bet if Brazil was playing a team who wanted to attack a lot and score goal that we would have scored even more.... Korea wasn't pushing that many people froward until the end

Good to see NZ do well, knew they'd score eventually.

Anyone else felt a little underwhelmed by the games so far? I know it's only the first round but minus Germany, no one seems to be very convincing at all. Hopefully Spain can put on a good display.

Spain is just riding on that Euro 2008 win hype. Nothing special. They have chocked big time in the past, shit will happen again.

Yeah I actually feel a little let down.. maybe because the way some of these goals have been scored - nothing really spectacular other than the Korean goal and nothing to be talking other than the Green incident!?!

the maicon goal was pretty sick, that was about the only type of goal that was going to work against the 6 defenders playing how they were. sadly this was probably the best match of the tournament so far.

Maicon goal was decent, dunno if he meant it though but either way, that North Korean GK is gonna get whipped by Kim Jong Il when he gets back haha.

Micon actually was pretty poor actually...he slowed down the game a lot and rarely made runs down the line. Robinho on the other hand and the defenders did the best job

still my favorite goal so far in this world cup.

I was quite surprised how N. Korea kept with #1 ranked Brazil! I hope all the Asian and African nations advanced to next round!
