I can't tell you my 5RM right now because I'm on a serious deload (injury + form correction), but what I did today was:

190 Squat
190 Bench
275 Deadlift

At 171 lbs and 5'10". Obviously, my lower body was the injured area. Picture for reference. No abs because Fall/Winter is BULKAN SEASON.

Where i go to school we dont max out on dead lifts, but i remember trying like 405 failing, so its not that good seeing as how much i squat, 4.8 is not slow, just now really fast, still beat any regular person in a race. And i DEFINITELY go parallel.

But honestly ( and dont tell me to post in the fitness section, its dead,) if yall know how to get a proper lifting regimen going, thatd be cool, because im tired of hearing you should be faster, or your not that strong for your size. that shits depressing, i wanna maximize my potential.

Yeah, i used to throw discus as well, but tore my meniscus in football, and track kinda faded. one of my homeboys dad wanted me to go into wrestling/boxing, because i have the right build if i out the work i + wingspan, never really haooened though.

I started now like boxing when i realized how much brain damage that shit causes (which is funny cause i play football) but yeah that shit messes with you badly later on.

My boys uncle was a savage amateur boxer I don't remember his win loss but only a few of his wins weren't KOs. Now he's a little odd, went crazy for a little, and has a hearing aide that looks like a tiny blue tooth that he screws into the back of his head
