Ok, so I decided to try it again..in a much happier mood now that my site is up..and the "adidas emplys six year old to design skate shoe" actually got a chuckle..still don't think it's hilarious but I'll check it when I'm bored.

Instead of using my superior brain power to explain the hilarity of the website, i'm gonna stretch this thread out even more by typing bullshit like everyone else. I find it amusing, it's like the daily show with john stewart, but instead of hating on republicans, it's hating on us. Whatever! it's corny, yet funny , i think most people are smart enough to take this with a grain of salt.

That saying is retarded. everyone is entitled to criticise anything they want. its personal opinion. and i wouldnt start going around saying that the person doing this is someone who "cant do"...

re
It was funny. People only get really hurt when it's true. The entries about the Bandanas and Guns shirts and the BMX riders wearin Hyphy shit were on point. A lot of people feel the same way like it or not. Stop sleeping and don't defend yourself, just start rocking BETTER clothes not more expensive.

that sweatshop thing was stupid. none of those workers were underaged. they were all clearly freely working and looked well dressed (which implies that they were well payed). complete fabrication. dumb.

a little late, but how could anyone get worked up about this site?

you think 5-10 years from now everyone here is going to be seriously into the same style/fashion they are now? someone is just smart/witty enough, and intelligent enough to take 5 steps backwards and laugh at the whole OVERPLAYED situation this "streetwear" scene is in today.

its an ever-evolving culture, business, and lifestyle. when the gears get stuck in place, people stand up and notice. that website should be a wake up call to some of us to grow up and move on.

hell, i remember shopping at the stussy store on la brea back in 1993, or was it 1994?. i feel i have had a good eye on where this "scene" has gone in the last 10 years or so...and i really dont like where its headed. kids are too much on the tip of whats hot...and are so quick to overplay, and esentially kill it is what some of us have loved for years.

theres a time and place for jeans and hoodies...and a time and place for slacks and suits. some of you need to realize that. streetwear isnt life. sneakers arent life. this "game" as some of you call it isnt even close to life.

....in other words, the site is pretty funny
