HAHA, that would have been awesome to see. Was it the singer that fronts The Islands now or the curly haired dude?

I know this is my thread asking for recommendations. Going to say I highly recommend Gentleman Jesse"Introducing Gentlemen Jesse." Excellent Power-Pop album since the Exploding hearts.

^^they're musically talented, like in a technical way (play challenging scales and such) but they really can't craft a great song IMO. Saw em at The Roots Picnic and wasn't feeling em, the vocalist's voice is just awful.

jesus my computer blew up overnight cuz of this thread, alotttt of ill bands i got put onto, special thanx 2 whoever 1st mentioned monsters are waiting, got em on non stop rotation since last week & have officially replaced interpol & the killers as my favorite indie band
