Yo I found this shop with hundreds of those snapback/adjustable hats people used to rock back in the early 90's. They come in all pro-sports and even some random Disney and Malcolm X types. Some of them have crazy designs some are basic. I guess it was the 'era before New Era', if you dont understand me. The only place I've found them elsewhere is on ebay, do any HB's think now is the time to bring them back.

Oh I'm asking because I want to open a store and I'm trying to find out if the inventory would be appeasing to fashion peers. Its just a question, its not advice I'm asking for here. Lol advice.

snapbacks are cool

different things for different people

just dont expect to charge alot off of them
because you can get em dirt cheap at thrift stores
and other random places

i got a creme one with for 3$ and it was brand new

No doubt peeps on hypebeast are getting back into the old starter snapbacks.
The Hundreds put out their own versions a little while back, and now theyre definitely growing.
Its sort of like a way to bring back the 90s style that eveyrone does, without lookin super goofy in fresh prince hats or loud neon type colors.

Id say its a good investment if you can scoop a bunch up. Worth more if theyre Starter too.

No its not in NYC, if I could I would disclose the address and directions but they are a potential supplier to a still forming business. I have a couple of Starters from there but if I do open the store it will be online and definitely official. I realize everyone cant get to a store like this or even a thrift store and with ecommerce so popular I'd love to be a helping hand to anyone that considers themself fresh in these times. The hats are tough, Im hoping we can launch in December. I wish more people would reply because I really want to know what kinds of things people are looking for in the hats (i.e color, style, whatever) so I can deliver the best possible products. Good look so far HB.

I rock strictly snap backs, Bulls, Hornets, and Raiders would probably be top sellers.

Go look on ebay and see what hats are sellin for right now, that'll give you an idea of what your market and mark-up can be.

There's a store right around the corner from Alife in nyc that sells vintage clothes and the snapbacks.I think the snapback's cost about 40 to 50 bucks.

Try seaching hood stores too, a hood store by my house has them for 5-10$ clearance since nobody ever cops them.

people can do whatever they want..
but perosnally i think that shit is REAL corny.
i got dozens of caps from the 90s, including the american needle wool raiders cap somebody mentioned...
but if these joints were out of style the past 16 years,
wtf would make me start wearing them now all of a sudden?

i cant see anyone over the age of 21 (that ISNT a lame) wanting to start dressing on some early 90s starter pullover/cap steez
because they already did in 1992/1993.
