Just got done with trying multiplayer...

IT. IS. AWESOME.

I love it, and it's the best time I've ever had playing online.

There's just nothing better than doing a shoot-dodge out from cover and shooting a guy in the face with your ak-47 as you jump around the corner in slo-mo and absolutely destroy the guy who never saw it coming.

How's the single player?

Single player is pretty good. Story is interesting and the cutscenes/monologue make you wanna keep playing. It's balanced too between cutscenes and then action, and it goes straight from cutscene to gameplay, no load screens.

this game is good but there are many changes i dont like. first it's too bright. the first and second games were all at night. things were dark and gritty which made you feel alone which is what was good about those games. there are too many partners in this game; i liked it when max mostly worked alone or with one other person just a few times. THE FUCKING COVER SYSTEM. what's the point of bullet time anymore? the feel of this game is completely different because they designed the game so you must use cover. at times i thought i was playing uncharted. i enjoyed it when i just used bullet time for everything. but even with all those things i dont like about it i still think it's a must play.

I think the cover system actually adds depth and difficulty to the game. You have to know when to seek cover, go rambo, or cover for a little and then time a shot dodge out of it. It makes strategy a little less straight forward and allows for more fun replays.

Its really fun. You definitely have to cop this. Some of the moments in the game are just crazy like the entire nightclub level was fun as shit and the cutscenes to action are so well done you feel like you are playing in a movie.

I didn't really care for multiplayer kind of seemed broken to me. Accuracy just seemed way off when you would be shooting someone and the whole bullet time shit was annoying as well...

incredible game. must buy. storyline is intriguing, action keeps you fully immersed, levels are diverse, opponents are intelligent, good balance of realism and hollywood fantasy, music is timely, dialogue sets a new bar for video games. rockstar does it again.
