@thane same here, at first I thought it could be a problem with ups, but now it sounds like it's a problem with Supreme. my guess is that they're just really backed up with ordersbut if we have tracking numbers doesnt that mean its in the ups systems
Supreme prints the labels before the shipping confirmation email is sent, which generates a tracking number. It doesn't mean that the package has left Supreme's warehouse. It may be sitting there waiting to be picked up by UPS. Also, occasionally when a package is picked up by UPS, it slips through and isn't scanned right away. The fact that things aren't tracking isn't a "problem" with Supreme. The first drop is always a huge cluster and it takes longer to process orders. You all will get your items, whether or not you have a confirmation email today.
