visvim Introduces the FBT PRIME
FBTs with a brand new sole unit.

Thanks to its shrouded moccasin-style upper and rubber sole unit, visvim’s FBT has long been Hiroki Nakamura and company’s most popular silhouette and now the coveted kicks are getting an overhaul with the debut of a brand new FBT: the FBT PRIME. First seen last September and part of the beloved Japanese imprint’s Spring/Summer 2016 collection, the design offers a number of improvements for the old favorite. For starters, a glossy polyurethane heel stabilizer now offers added support while the familiar upper now comes in newly-sourced Swedish vegetable-tanned cow suede. The biggest change, however, is the addition a specially-designed sole unit from Vibram — a design that gives the kicks a more technical edge and one that comes complete with indigo-dyed cotton-nylon blend fabric details.
Though sold out on visvim’s Japanese web store, the FBT PRIME can be found now at select stockists in black, dark brown and light brown colorways for ¥62,000 JPY (approximately $557 USD) per pair.
