'Resident Evil' 4, 5 & 6 Are Coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One
A trio of survival-horror favorites are coming to Sony and Microsoft’s flagship consoles.
Resident Evil fans wanting so relive Leon Kennedy’s mission to save the U.S. President’s daughter, Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar’s trek through Africa, or Resident Evil 6‘s globetrotting attempts to combat the C-virus will soon be able to do exactly that. Capcom announced today that it will be brining Resident Evil 4, 5, and 6 to Sony and Microsoft’s flagship consoles. While no additional information about the games themselves has been divulged, you can expect each to get a full remaster to better utilize the power of both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Things will kick off with Resident Evil 6‘s return on March 29 while 5 and 4 will drop this summer and fall, respectively. And those aren’t the only Resident Evil releases on the way: Capcom previously announced back in August of last year that it was hard at work on a next-gen version of Resident Evil 2 — a groundbreaking 1998 release considered by many to be one of the greatest games of all time.
