Whatsapp Now Lets You Doodle on Your Photos

The Facebook-owned Whatsapp messaging system is also taking on some Snapchat-esque features. Starting today, the simple platform wil lallow users the option to draw on photos and videos, and add on emoji before sending them off. The native Whatsapp camera now also supports front-facing flashes. Snapchat-like controls (that have made it onto Instagram Stories) such as double-tapping to switch between front and back cameras and swiping up and down to zoom has also been included. Android users are first to get the upgrade, while these features are coming to iOS soon.

In case you missed it, Facebook Messenger will also be implementing a Snapchat-like feature.
