RadioShack has been in financial turmoil these past few years and even filed for bankruptcy back in February. But thanks to Standard General’s reinvestments into the electronics retailer, a few stores still remain open. RadioShack is trying to rebrand itself in 2016 and its latest move is appointing TV personality Nick Cannon as its Chief Creative Officer. Cannon will reportedly work with RadioShack in creating a line of exclusive products, organize special performances/events and even curate music. No official announcement has been made as to what these products and services will be but they better be good, because some financial experts have said RadioShack will be gone in by 2015.
