Nike KD7 "On The Road"

The latest variation of Nike’s KD7 is inspired by road games for the Oklahoma City Thunder forward. Each shoe is dipped in shades taken from the Oklahoma City Thunder’s away uniform. As such, Nike’s latest campaign for the KD7 takes a look at Kevin Durant‘s journey on the road. The reigning MVP admits that it takes extra effort to be the best at what he does. On away trips, Durant makes sure to get in an extra half-hour session of shooting before games. It’s that dedication that helps him sink game winners against opposing teams. ”Quieting a crowd on the road with a big shot is one of the best parts of basketball,” he says in a new Nike Basketball visual. ”That’s what I love the most. hitting the dagger shot or hitting the game winner, going out there and just dominating, that’s what life is about on the road.” The KD7 “On the Road” will be available on Nike’s website and at select retail locations globally on October 23.
