adidas Unveils the Official Match Ball of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil

Today adidas unveils the brazuca – the official match ball for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. An informal term that loosely symbolizes national pride and the Brazilian way of life, the “brazuca” features a revolutionary design consisting of six identical panels and a unique surface that offers improved grip, touch stability and aerodynamic flight in all conditions. Predominately white, the ball features a multicolored ribbon motif throughout as a nod to the South American nation’s vibrant style and the ubiquitous wish bracelets worn throughout Brazil.
