The Pharrell Williams for Palladium Boots campaign took the award-winning singer, producer and designer through Tokyo, Japan to face the realities of the March 11 earthquake tragedies. As part of the Palladium fall ad campaign, this video series explores the city in a five-part documentary titled Tokyo Rising. Directed by Thalia Mavros, the cameras follow Williams as he meets up with the city’s creative class to see what’s being done to keep Tokyo thriving. The series can be viewed here.
