We have to bear in mind that to the audience these limited production vehicles cater to, price is not an issue. These people probably have no idea what a dealership is outside of a massive storage facility as most of their cars either are summoned by a chauffeur service, or on the dupont registry. The M3 GTS was no bargain…it wasn’t even justifiable granted a customer could’ve built a regular M3 to equal if not better spec for less money, but they sold out within a matter of hours (I believe). This will be no different. I could bemoan the price, but to whomever has it, they don’t care haha. 

I love an M3 as much as the next man but $185K puts in an R8. I’d have to shit money for a living to be willing to exploit myself on this thing. 

i love M3′s,  1st car I ever drove was an E30 Cecotto,  but @ $185 G’s………. many are right …. you can get much better cars @ that price… Sorry Beemer!!. This really is a minor toy for the super rich who already has a few ferrari’s and Lambos etc!!!.

that price is the direct conversion, if it were to be sold here it wouldn’t be 185K, most likely around 100k.

I love M3s, but for 185k that is unrealistic in the market. For that price there are much better cars. M3s are generally attainable with a successful career but this is cater towards a whole different crowd I’m guessing at 185k…

This obviously wouldn’t be anyone’s DD(daily driver) for any matter… Although a normal M3 is perfectly fine for a DD.

Also why a four door sedan? If you want weight reduction why keep a four door BMW?
