Popular French brand Lacoste have added yet another velcro-strap model to their Fall/Winter ‘09 footwear range, namely the Cavaillon UE. Inspired by traditional clay tennis court-shoe design, the Cavaillon pays homage to the home of the French Open, in which the brand’s founder, Rene Lacoste, bagged himself three championships.

In tribute, the shoe sports a clay red-colored sole as well as navy coloured stripe above the mid-soles, a subtle nod to the Drapeau tricolour (French flag). Coming in two colors as pictured, the kicks are complete with a mixture of premium leathers and are now available across South East Asia.
