With each additional season of classical silhouettes, John Smedley adds a series of patterned sweaters and cardigans that have become hallmarks of the brand. For Fall 2009, the brand, known for their renowned knitwear and design, offer a new selection of whimsical details including intarsia, stripes, and tipping, showcased through their latest lookbook. All of Fall’s Merino fabrics are sourced from the best New Zealand Merino wool, specially grown in the Alpine pastures of the South Island of New Zealand. The wool is washed, dyed, knitted and hand linked at the 225 year old mill in Lea Mills, England, fully fashioned for a superior fit.
