Since its debut back in 2008, Nike Sportswear has brought an all new dimension to sportswear. Integrating various high-level and technical constructions and materials into the fold, the Nike Sportswear collection has also had the good fortune of utilizing a star-studded cast of designers to convey their message of aesthetics and function. Here’s a look into their 2009 fall/winter collection as we see some notable outerwear pieces such as fishtail parkas, varsity jackets and of course the fabled M-65.

    I’m not really sure why Nike is making clothes like this.The sales for this line are not very good, and for good reason, they are way overpriced and I don’t know anyone who would want to wear this stuff. Stick with athletic wear, you are not a fashion company!

    By the way, if this wasn’t Nike, no one would think any of this was ‘dope’…in my opinion.

    yeah the leather sleeve varsity jackets woulda looked 10X better without the awkward pocket on the stomach.

    The NSW crew need a kick in the ass. Didn’ t the company “restructuring” put the fear in you? Make something that sells and not hit sale racks.
    The cycling inspired hoodie is nice (an obvious attempt to cash in on the fixie trend), but c’mon, what tard is going to wear those colors?! And a half-zip sweatshirt? Who the hell buys those things?! it’s either full zip or no zip. And I know you want to label this shit NSW, but cmon, with all your designers you couldn’t come up with a more appealing logo? or at least one that didn’t stick out like a sore thumb? Stick to the swoosh, those studies showing it’s one of the most recognized symbols in the world isn’t wrong.
