I just saw more pictures of these on Kanye’s blog. He looks like the definition of cool with the red sneaks and paired red scarf. The faded jeans add a nice element, texturally. You can’t say these aren’t his style, when you see the pictures of him with them on. Look at the ‘real life’ pictures of the shoes on him and tell me they still ‘suck’.

The simplicity of these shoes is fantastic. Mono-colored with an innovative ‘wing’ on the back (which, like it or not should have been invented 10 years ago and wasn’t), these shoes are pure class.

Are elements borrowed? For sure. But, even Kanye can’t re-invent the foot.
