Issue 55 of the limited edition tri-yearly fashion and design magazine Visionaire has revealed itself. Beginning in 1991, the magazine has become a showcase for both popular and up and coming artists. Titled “Surprise”, Visionaire 55 pairs with The House of Krug in a series of pop-up style displays with artists and designers. The list of participating personalities includes Sophie Calle, Andreas Gursky, Cai Guo-Qiang, Steven Klein, Yayoi Kusama, Alasdair Mclellan, Steven Meisel, Guido Mocafico, Nicola Formichetti/Gareth Pugh, Sølve Sundsbø and Mario Testino. To further cap off a remarkable effort, a purple case is also included. A 4,000 copy run will release later this month with a suggested retail price of $250 USD.
