Complex Shopping Network: DQM Nike Sportswear Dunk Hi Premium

The influx of information and images for DQM’s upcoming Nike Dunk High Premium have been seen in abundance the last few days as the sneaker nears its release date. In this humorous shopping network spoof, hosts Bradley Carbone and Hypebeast alumni Joe La Puma give the DQM Nike Sportswear Dunk Hi Premium a run-down with DQM founder Dave Ortiz. Some of notable elements are the use of the DQM logo on the tongue (a first for Nike) and the shoes release itself as a celebration of DQM’s 5th anniversary. The shoe is set to release on Saturday, September 20th at DQM in New York.
There is a difference between hating for the sake of hating and hating with reason. This video is corny crap, period. There is no hating about it. These two guys were trying to be funny, but they are not, so, they ended up coming across extremely corny, unprofessional, disrespectful, juvenile, and silly. Complex should stick to the magazine and give these videos a rest.

They mention the DQM on the tongue as “a first”. First for what? A brand logo other than Nike’s because the Nike SB MF Doom dunks had the MF Doom mask in place of the swoosh on the tongue.
