Apple Introduces Next Generation iPod Nano & Touch

Recently announced by Apple, the iPod Nano and Touch will be getting a bit of a make over while the classic gets cut down to a 120GB only. Along with a larger curved glass screen and flurry of colors, the Nano gets a built-in accelerometer allowing it automatically go into shuffle mode with a simple shake of the hand. Keeping much of its exterior in tact, Apple’s iPod Touch receives a slimmer stainless steel body with side button volume controls and built in Nike+ feature. Capping off the updates is a new version of iTunes and HD compatibility for TV Shows.

that shuffle feature is gonna be annoying if it always does it when it gets shaken. i dont want the song to change everytime i stomp a landing
Bought an iPod Classic and it was fuckin wack. Real slow and laggy interface.
I might pick up one of those Nanos though, now that they finally got widescreens.

When Apple had the imac, back in the day, I really thought they were ahead of all competitors. My friends dad works for them in Cali, so I was playing with the ipod before the world was shown it. Now, I think apple is becoming a fashion show for technology. From the ipods to the ibooks, all people care about is style. Nobody cares about how disfunctional ipod computers are with most post-secondary education systems, that still run Windows based software. The iPhone was hot, but I think these iPod updates, are becoming too much.

Agreed. As in, I agree with all of the above (except madne$$), Apple gadgets sure indeed are cool… But with the updates coming along every other year, it’s a marketing strategy like the above just mentioned… So even though you have a 32GB iTouch, its cool enough. =)
the only shit thing is that they have brought out this new ‘diamond’ or whtever it is iphone when everyon has probly just scraped up their last savings to buy the previous one.
