With the strong symbolism behind the number 8 for Chinese population, this has formed the foundation for Nike’s Octagon collection for the 2008 Olympics. The theme of octagon has manifested itself in numerous mediums, from special cut outs and octagon shaped perforations in Nike Sportswear apparel to visible use of octagon imagery as seen on this Dunk High. Look for these at select Nike dealers carrying the Be True collection of Dunks.
