Goldwin 0 worked with London-based design studio OK-RM to publish the latest installment in its Collective Study series. Launched in 2022, the Japanese label’s 0 sub-brand takes on a far more conceptual approach to materials and processes, emblematic of its recent collection of technical outerwear made in Japan from various natural resources, such as plant seeds and flower buds.

Serving as an incubator of thought, Enquiry #5 in the Collective Study series features an ecosystem of voices from various disciplines, from Lila Matsumoto to Karl Nawrot and Nur Abbas. No field is held higher than the other as the platform seeks to spark new dialogue to develop ideas, prototypes and practices. Each of the 384 color images are laid out in a poetic arrangement, acting as a primer to understand the systems and subject matter that reveal themselves throughout the book.

Published by InOtherWords in both English and Japanese, Goldwin 0: Enquiry #5, Collective Study is limited to 500 copies, spans 416 pages and is available to purchase online for $40 USD.
