While other streetwear and luxury brands scramble to outpace each other to take on the next big trends, visvim designer Hiroki Nakamura has found a happy medium in terms of design and taking things slow. The time and effort placed on the creation of visvim goods is evident in the quality, construction and visual execution.
There aren’t any specific moments that defined visvim’s 2020. However, the consistency and ingenuity at which the brand releases its products deserves praise. Nakamura outdid himself with this year’s seasonal lookbooks and the look and feel of the label’s website, visvim.tv in terms of visual presentation is something to behold. Product presentation, selection and the site’s dissertation layout all deserve recognition.
