Since taking over Jil Sander in 2017, Luke and Lucie Meier have modernized the house while staying true to the brand’s codes and has quietly become one of the biggest fashion success stories through their consistent output of quality work. The announcement of their role as the next guest designers of Pitti Uomo therefore comes as no surprise judging from their strong portfolio of past shows.

Elsewhere OAMC, Luke’s other streetwear influenced line, continues to grow with its Paris-based shows and ongoing adidas collaboration on the "TYPE O-3" boot and the Supercourt-Stan Smith Type O-2 hybrid. If the duo continue working at the same pace, expect to see them back on the HB100 list next year.
