Description

Adele and Edoardo Fendi founded the Italian luxury fashion house in 1925 as a purveyor of fine furs and leathers. Even after Karl Lagerfeld joined the brand in 1965, Fendi remained -- at its core. Today, Silvia Venturini Fendi, the founders’ granddaughter, is the only family member still working at Fendi, where she is the creative director of menswear, accessories and children’s. Fendi is still known for producing some of the finest leather goods on the market, like its pequin-patterned bags and the iconic Fendi Baguette -- masterminded by Venturini Fendi.

Fendi 100000000000% Bearbrick

Fendi 100000000000% Bearbrick

We have previously seen the 1000% Fendi Bearbricks which were produced for VIP members of Fendi only. If you missed out on that, you can check it out here. However, nothing compares in size to this really huge Bearbrick which stands in one of the Fendi stores in Paris. You probably won’t be able to purchase this as this is probably a store display. So for now, all we can do is just look at the pictures and drool. Update: There is apparently one of these at the 5th Avenue Fendi store in Manhattan, New York as well. (Thanks Matthew!) Medicom Toy Fendi Bearbrick Set

A toy that has transcended everything from low brow artists to high fashion and streetwear, the 10th anniversary of Fendi’s Baguette model has been remembered in unconventional fashion with a 10 pack of Medicom Toy Bearbricks. Each colored Bearbrick is a different color with a year printed on the back. Could there also be matching bags on the horizon? Source: guillotine
