Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity has released its final promotional trailer ahead of the anime’s last two episodes, bringing Ichigo Kurosaki’s confrontation with Yhwach into its closing stretch.
Titled “THE LAST PV,” the video opens by condensing the major battles and turning points that have carried the Thousand-Year Blood War arc toward its climax, before shifting into new footage from the finale. Ichigo and Yhwach remain at the center of the preview as the Quincy King’s plan threatens all three worlds, while Uryu Ishida, the remaining Soul Reapers and their unlikely allies are shown converging on the final conflict. The trailer leans heavily into the scale of the endgame, moving between fractured landscapes, rapid combat sequences and the mounting destruction surrounding Yhwach’s attempt to reshape reality.
The Calamity serves as the fourth and final cour of the Thousand-Year Blood War adaptation, which began in 2022 and brought Tite Kubo’s concluding manga arc to animation more than a decade after the original Bleach television series ended. Produced by PIERROT FILMS, the final installment premiered in July 2026 under chief series director Tomohisa Taguchi and series director Hikaru Murata, with Kubo continuing to supervise the adaptation. Episodes 49 and 50 were previously delayed to allow additional production time as the series approached its climax; the penultimate episode will now stream on October 19, followed by the series finale on October 26. In the U.S., both subtitled episodes will arrive on Hulu, while Disney+ will carry the conclusion internationally.
