LISA has officially announced her upcoming single, “Tarantino,” marking the second preview from her forthcoming EP, Press Play. The track pays direct homage to director Quentin Tarantino and follows the release of her previous single, “SaWaDiKa.”
Announced via social media, the reveal arrived alongside official cover art depicting the BLACKPINK member concealing her face behind a red envelope inside a circular frame. A preview shared on TikTok showcased the track’s cinematic direction, pairing hard-hitting percussion with bold vocal delivery: “Got my nails really long like the barrel of my gun and my lipstick all over your face / It’s a movie, baby, come and press play.”
The rollout comes amid a busy slate for the performer, following her Best Pop win at the 2026 VMAs and the theatrical debut of her solo documentary, Always Lalisa. Beyond the impending arrival of the EP, LISA is also preparing for an expanded headlining residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, scheduled to begin in November.
