Nike is set to deliver the Air Force 1 Low “Lace Metallic Gold,” a women’s take on the silhouette dressed in a Sail, Gum Light Brown and Metallic Gold palette. The pair departs from the shoe’s typical all-leather build, pairing a woven, textured upper with gold leather accents and floral lace details for a softer, more ornamental finish.
The base layer is where the biggest change happens, as a textured Sail fabric replaces leather across the toe box and side panels. Metallic Gold leather then frames the shoe at the mudguard, eyestays and heel, with the side Swooshes finished in the same gold to tie the overlays together.
Closer inspection reveals a handful of subtler touches, starting with eyestays cut with a scalloped edge for a decorative silhouette along the lacing area. Miniature Swooshes are stitched near the toe, while the tongue and heel tab are rendered in gold fabric and topped with a layer of floral lace, each carrying embroidered Nike branding beneath the pattern.
