Celebrating the grand opening of its official Japanese online flagship, Kith has announced a monumental partnership with GUNPLA. For the first time, the lifestyle brand is stepping into the world of Mobile Suit Gundam, paying homage to the legendary anime with a pair of exclusive plastic model kits. The collection, which reimagines the mechas in Kith’s distinct palette, will be released through a dedicated lottery on the Kith App starting Wednesday, February 18.
The collaboration centers on two of the franchise’s most iconic silhouettes: the MG 1/100 RX-78-2 Gundam Ver. 2.0 and the MG 1/100 Wing Gundam. Deviating from their traditional schemes, these Master Grade kits are rendered in exclusive Kith colorways of orange and blue. Each unit is housed in a special collectible box designed to sit as comfortably on a collector’s shelf as the finished model itself.
Beyond the unique color application, the kits maintain the intricate engineering GUNPLA is known for. They come equipped with a full arsenal of accessories, including beam rifles, beam sabers, and shields. For the finishing touch, builders can apply custom “Kith for Tetoron” stickers, allowing for a personalized branding experience that merges the aesthetics of Harajuku streetwear with Akihabara hobby culture.
The “Kith for GUNPLA” lottery is open now for entry on the Kith App and will close on February 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM (JST). Participation is strictly limited to customers with a registered shipping address within Japan.
