F1 Driver Yuki Tsunoda Launches His Own Brand, Venti Due
Dropping its first collection following the recent Red Bull promotion.
It’s a big week for Yuki Tsunoda. Just yesterday, the F1 driver received a major promotion from Red Bull Racing. Tsunoda was announced to replace Liam Lawson at the senior Red Bull Racing squad from the Japanese Grand Prix onwards following a difficult opening two races for the Kiwi. Tsunoda is now in his fifth campaign with F1 and will now be racing alongside Max Verstappen starting with his home event at Suzuka.
Capitalizing on the major announcement, Tsunoda also announces the launch of his original brand Venti Due. Set to hold its first pop-up at a special venue near Shirako Station in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, the brand drops next week ahead of the Japanese Grand Prix. Venti Due embodies Tsunoda’s racing spirit with a brand motif that heavily accents the number 22. The brand name means “22” in Italian which was inspired by the formula “1+1=2.” It represents striving for greatness and also is a lucky number found on Tsunoda’s F1 car. The brand’s logo features an autumnal leaf motif, which is often depicted on the racer’s helmet.
The design was first used in 2021 and Japanese artist Jinya Yamakawa is also involved in the brand’s creative work. The collection features oversized jerseys, sweaters as well as branded canvas pants. The first drop releases online on March 31.
