Ariana Grande unveils the deluxe edition of her chart-topping album, eternal sunshine, expanding the original 13-song lineup with six new tracks. The extended version features “Twilight Zone,” “Warm,” “Dandelion,” “Past Life,” “Hampstead,” and an extended take on “Intro (End of the World),” the album’s emotional opener.
Originally released in March 2024, eternal sunshine spent two weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and marked a major milestone in Grande’s career. The album also produced two Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hits – “Yes, And?” and “We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love)” – solidifying its status as one of the year’s defining pop records. Building on the album’s success, brighter days ahead delves deeper into the themes introduced in eternal sunshine, enriching its sonic and emotional landscape.
To celebrate the release, Grande reprises her role as Peaches from the eternal sunshine-inspired “We Can’t Be Friends” music video in the new short film, brighter days ahead. Directed by Christian Breslauer, the film is set to premiere later today, with special theater screenings set for March 30 in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Boca Raton.
