The Fall/Winter 2025 season has officially wrapped. As usual, Fashion Month jumped from New York and London to Milan and Paris for another series of spectacular runway shows, welcoming the fashion glitterati to view new collections first-hand.

Ice Spice and Chappell Roan dominated the FROW in Paris, setting their mark as fashion’s latest “it” girls. Designers didn’t come to play this season, with plenty of creative director reshuffles present at the most prominent fashion Houses. Miu Miu stole the show with a star-studded runway on the final day of PFW, while Vivienne Westwood‘s Andreas Kronthaler continued to honor his late partner with a 56-look collection.

Matières Fécales made their dreams come true by going from Depop to the runway, growing their platform after selling 1-of-1 pieces on fashion resell sites. Founders Hannah Rose Dalton and Steven Raj Bhaskaran made their PFW debut with an alien-esque appearance, following the eye-catching gimmicks at Duran Lantink. Read on to discover the five best runway shows at Paris Fashion Week FW25.

Courrèges

Nicolas Di Felice‘s Courrèges brings sexy to the runway every season, and FW25 was no different. Courrèges was the life of the party at PFW, throwing a confetti-filled runway that brightened its reimagined womenswear staples. Multi-hued confetti filled the air blown by underfloor vents, enhancing Di Felice’s sensual collection made for “it” girls everywhere. From wrapped dresses to rebellious leather bombers and an eye-catching sleeveless finale dress, Courrèges proved that its runways never miss.

Miu Miu

Miu Miu is on top of the world, and we’re here for it. Miuccia Prada continues to reign supreme. From Prada to Miu Miu, the Italian designer continues to amaze with some of the season’s best runways. Miu Miu opened the final afternoon of PFW with a star-studded runway attended by the likes of A$AP Rocky and Sydney Sweeney. The brand expanded on its youthful identity by teetering towards adulthood with exaggerated tailoring, bright-hued uniforms, and plenty of checkered prints, while retro flower prints and luxurious fur seemed to be stolen from the 1960s.

Duran Lantink

Duran Lantink made the most noise this season, bringing wild animals to the runway while commenting on visual societal constructs. The Amsterdam and Paris-based label showed its wild side with distorted silhouettes in bold animal prints, manipulating the body’s natural proportions with rounded hip inserts and overstated necklines. Duran Lantink slayed snakes, zebras, cows, and cheetahs for its FW25 collection, while the brand’s silicon chest pieces certainly stole the show with amplified abs and breasts.

Vivienne Westwood

British label Vivienne Westwood presented a motivational tribute to lucky #19 for FW25, continuing to bring high energy to the runway with a diverse line-up of British staples. Andreas Kronthaler reignited the brand’s bold prints and patterns with bright-hued plaid and integrated his own sense of newness across heavy winter gear, shimmering hoods, and leather tracksuits. With Ice Spice and Chappell Roan sitting in the FROW, Kronthaler showcased a gripping collection packed with prosperity.

Matières Fécales

Matières Fécale founders Hannah Rose Dalton and Steven Raj Bhaskaran made their heroic PFW debut with a sinister runway praised far and wide. After being welcomed to Dover Street Market Paris, they rose as an emerging brand to watch while celebrating its 10-year journey thus far. Dalton and Bhaskaran began selling 1-of-1 pieces on Depop before hitting the runway, proving that childhood dreams do come true. From their signature alien-esque makeup to show-stopping apocalyptic silhouettes and an unexpected Christian Louboutin collaboration, Matières Fécale might just be the next big thing.
