Luxury automotive tuner NOVITEC has lent its hands to Ferrari’s Monza SP1 and SP2 for its latest project, which sees the open-top supercars receive both performance and styling upgrades.

Ferrari sent the automotive industry into nostalgia-driven lust when it unveiled the Monza SP1 and SP2 back in 2018, as the models are about as close as it gets to a modern interpretation of the marque’s racing cars from the 1950s. Inspired by the likes of its 166 MM, 750 Monza and 860 Monza, the Monza SP1 and SP2 offer either one or two seats (respective to its name) alongside an open-top, windowless driving experience.

At the time, these two cars were Ferrari’s most powerful. Today, NOVITEC makes them even more powerful, upping the V12’s output from 809 HP to 844 HP thanks to the inclusion of a new tailor-made high-performance exhaust system and metal catalysts. The exhaust can even be fitted with an optional 999 fine gold plating, which makes for better heat distribution as much as it makes the car look absolutely incredible and vintage-inspired.

Sport springs and a new set of 21-inch and 22-inch rims developed by Vossen have also been added to NOVITEC’s take on the SP1 and SP2. Altogether, the new models will hit 0-62 MPH in just 2.8 seconds, and will continue to hit a top speed north of 185 MPH.

Lastly, NOVITEC will also tailor every detail of the cockpit to the owner’s personal taste, adding leather and Alcantara in any color imaginable.
