Produced for just $10 million, the film adapts Parsons’ viral web series centered on liminal spaces—eerie, seemingly infinite architecture originally popularized across 4chan, Reddit, and TikTok. Starring Chiwetel Ejiofor, Renate Reinsve, and Mark Duplass, the plot follows a furniture store operator who uncovers a sprawling maze of liminal rooms hidden beneath the store’s basement.
