L’Art de L’Automobile is officially putting the pedal to the metal with Salomon once again. The Parisian automotive lifestyle brand, founded by Arthur Kar, has unveiled its highly anticipated Spring/Summer 2026 collaborative capsule. Seamlessly merging the worlds of rare car culture and high-performance running, the two French brands have introduced a dynamic new collection that delivers marathon-ready performance at the exact level of a high-speed racing car.
Serving as the collection’s driving force is a duo of striking, aerodynamic silhouettes: the ACS Pro and the S/Lab Phantasm 3. While some early rumors misidentified the performance runner as the “Pantagon 3,” it is indeed the cutting-edge Phantasm 3 leading the pack. Embracing a “full throttle” design philosophy, the highly technical silhouette arrives meticulously engineered to cut through the air, boasting a modernized construction that makes it a notable 10% lighter than its predecessors.
Both footwear models fully lean into a high-octane racing motif, trading subtle outdoor tones for aggressive, motorsport-inspired energy. The collection utilizes a sleek black base that is heavily punctuated by the brand’s signature primary colors. This vibrant, tri-color gradient motif perfectly mimics the visual blur of a speeding vehicle, delivering a bold aesthetic that transitions effortlessly from the starting line to the streets.
Paired alongside a dedicated selection of matching performance running gear, the new “Daylight” drop reinforces L’Art de L’Automobile’s overarching mission: creating striking aesthetic parallels between the high-speed legacy of motorsport and the physical endurance of everyday athletes.
Fans can secure the running gear and footwear first on April 8 ahead of the global release at L’Art de L’Automobile. Following an initial targeted rollout earlier in the month, the complete L’Art de L’Automobile (KAR) x Salomon Spring/Summer 2026 collection will officially launch globally on April 14, 2026 on Salomon’s primary online and physical flagship locations.
