Showcased in Geneva, the brand continues its pursuit of kinetic mechanical architecture with the debut of the Retrovision 64. This titanium release marks the latest entry in the manufacturer’s experimental concept series, following earlier models like the Retrovision 47 and Retrovision 85, and pays homage to the timepiece on Star Trek. By prioritizing sculptural design over conventional hands, the independent company reinforces an aesthetic philosophy that dates back to its founding in 2004.

Carrying the official reference ED50-TI00, the Retrovision 64 utilizes a specialized retrograde linear mechanism. Engineered alongside the renowned Genevan movement manufacturer Agenhor, the underlying architecture relies on an intricate self-winding caliber crafted from exactly 239 individual components. Operating on a robust 72-hour power reserve, the movement abandons traditional circular dials in favor of a linear scale. When the sliding minute indicator finishes its cycle, the hand instantly snaps back to the starting position. This kinetic mechanical dance is anchored by a flying tourbillon positioned at six o’clock, which provides a mesmerizing focal point while highlighting the exceptional precision required to animate the unconventional layout.
