Independent watch brand Krayon has unveiled a playful new offering, dubbed the PAC-MAN Watch Series – a limited-edition collection comprising only 15 unique pieces, each crafted in platinum. Designed by Fei Hou and Rémi Maillat, the watches reinterpret Krayon’s celebrated Anywhere movement through a fun and nostalgic lens of PAC-MAN, transforming the cycle of sunrise and sunset into a whimsical yet precise horological narrative.
Each reference features a 39mm PT950 platinum case framing a polished onyx dial, with hand-painted sapphire discs depicting PAC-MAN, ghosts and fruit in exact proportions faithful to the original game. The yellow character functions as the day/night indicator, advancing around the dial to mark sunrise and sunset, while the ghosts’ eye positions subtly indicate solar transitions.
At midnight, the ghost gang turns blue, echoing the game’s mechanics, before regaining their colors at dawn. This playful complication is executed with rigorous craftsmanship, comprising 432 components, 55 jewels and a 72-hour power reserve, underscoring Krayon’s commitment to mechanical artistry. The PAC-MAN series is a highly exclusive release, limited to just 15 unique pieces worldwide through Krayon and its authorized dealers.
