Update: With the fifth season of Stranger Things set to arrive next month, Nike has finally unveiled official images of the previously teased Stranger Things x Nike Dunk Low “Phantom/Midnight Navy.”

The silhouette features a cracked leather upper with inverted Nike logos on the tongue, insole and heel, subtly paying homage to the show’s sinister Upside Down dimension. The thematic storytelling is further enhanced by handwritten callouts beneath the eyestays. A pre-yellowed midsole completes the design, giving the pair a forgotten relic appearance.

As previously reported, a second pair of Dunk Low in a striking Black/Speed Red–Varsity Red–Anthracite colorway will join following this drop. While the release date for the second pair remains unconfirmed, the Stranger Things x Nike Dunk Low “Phantom/Midnight Navy” is scheduled for release on November 6. Original Story (Jun 24): Nike is returning to Hawkins with a first look at one of the Dunk Low “Stranger Things” pairs.

The pack includes a total of two models in “Phantom/Midnight Navy” and “Black/Speed Red.” Photos provided by @yyt_snkrs offer a first look at the “Phantom/Midnight Navy” colorway, showing the sneakers’ off-white cracked leather uppers and navy blue panel swooshes. Staying true to the nature of The Upside Down are the flipped branding details, including the tongue tag, co-branded Nike x Stranger Things insoles and cracked leather Nike heel insignia. Its dirtied yellow midsole tongue give it a vintage feel, while matching laces tie it together for a lived-in finish.
