London-based independent artist Mr. Bailey continues to expand his partnership with adidas, following the launch of several futuristic kicks that turn heads. Mr. Bailey revealed his latest sneaker interpretation late last year alongside CONCEPT(K) and kicks off the summer with a blacked-out ARUKU YAGI.
Although little is known about the release, Mr. Bailey’s ARUKU YAGI collaboration offers a remastered version of the chunky runner. The darkened design features lightweight mesh uppers with subtle three-stripes branding on the sides. Double-tapped mudguards and protruding rear plaques insert an avant-garde flair, while toggled laces, extra-thick BOOST midsoles, and textured trail outsoles complete the design in pure black.
