Coco Jones Announces Debut Album 'Why Not More?'
The Grammy-winning artist also dropped a new track, titled “Taste,” that samples Britney Spears’ “Toxic.”

Coco Jones has officially announced her highly-anticipated debut album, Why Not More?. The record, which is set for release on April 25 via High Standard/Def Jam Recordings, will include an array of Jones’ previously released singles, including “Most Beautiful Design” and “Here We Go (Uh-Oh),” the latter of which was nominated for a Grammy.
Jones has not yet revealed the tracklist, though she has dropped off the album’s official artwork, which sees the artist posing in a sheer dress against a blue backdrop. “It’s FINALLY here 😭,” Jones wrote on Instagram alongside the announcement.

To kick off the record’s rollout, Jones also released an all-new single, titled “Taste,” produced by Stargate and Jasper Harris. The single, which mixes samples of Britney Spears’ “Toxic” with Jones’ classic R&B tunes, arrived with a music video directed by Ava Rikki, in which Jones performs choreography inside a mirrored room.
Many might find it surprising that Jones has not yet released a full-length record, considering the mainstream success she’s already garnered as an artist. Last year alone, the singer earned five Grammy nominations, including one for Best New Artist, and she took home the trophy for R&B Performance of the Year for “ICU.”
Watch out for Coco Jones’ debut album Why Not More? on April 25.
