NOMARHYTHM TEXTILE, a Tokyo-based brand known for its original hand-drawn textiles, has announced a new collaboration with Keizo Shimizu’s NEEDLES. This special edition collection reinterprets NOMARHYTHM TEXTILE’s existing lines through the lens of NEEDLES’ archival designs. Each piece is distinguished by its unique material texture, rich, deep garment-dyed colors, and intricate stitching details.
The capsule collection features four distinct items in total. A highlight is the varsity jacket, a collaborative model previously seen in NOMARHYTHM TEXTILE’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection, now available in a NEPENTHES-exclusive colorway: black with NEEDLES’ signature purple accents. Also included is a washed-black HAND DYE PUFFER CHINA SHIRT, which draws design inspiration from a Chinese shirt found in the NEEDLES archives. Completing the collection is a matching set of a track hoodie and track pants, both crafted from sweat material with diamond stitching and featuring NEEDLES’ iconic five-stripe design.
