Kith's New London Flagship Is the Crown Jewel of Its Growing Empire

Kith‘s long-awaited London flagship has finally opened, revealing a sprawling retail and restaurant combination adorned with luxurious finishes. Located on historic Regent Street, the two-floor store is Kith’s first permanent location in the United Kingdom.
More than a store, the space expands upon Kith’s ever-evolving vision, which has led to new locations in Japan and major US cities over the last few years. Offering the full Kith experience, the London flagship encompasses menswear, womenswear, kids’, and a varied selection of multi-brand footwear and accessories. Further amplifying Kith’s full-spectrum lifestyle focus is the UK debut of the brand’s soft-serve bar, Kith Treats, and Fieg’s first independent restaurant inspired by New York City dining.
Notably, the design was no small feat, as founder Ronnie Fieg explained to BoF, “What it boils down to is just being able to give a lot of attention to detail in the spaces that we open, and I believe London has received the best of that.” Due to the building’s historical significance, integrity was key throughout the design and construction process. In partnership with Ben Porto of Porto Architecture, the brand conserved details, including a 1920s-era curved windowpane on the facade.
The inside reflects the elevated aesthetic Fieg has brought to other recent flagships, including the Chicago location, which opened this time last year. Interior finishes such as white oak joinery and an oak herringbone floor are paired with luxurious marble applications, like Crystal Tiffany marble, Estremoz marble, and Pentelikon marble. For all the audiophiles, the lower level is equipped with a state-of-the-art McIntosh audio system in partnership with McIntosh, described as “the most advanced sound systems of any of our flagships.”
